Dr. Easter Huang brings over 40 years of international experience in conformity assessment to Best ISO Sdn Bhd. He currently serves as Director of the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC), Chairman of NABC, and Chairman of Best PCB. Best PCB is an IAS-Accredited Personnel Certification Body and the world's first personnel certification body to simultaneously hold IAF, IAS, and IPC qualifications.
Dr. Huang holds a PhD in Taiwan Industrial Strategy Development from Chaoyang University of Technology, a Master's in Language and International Trade from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's in Food Science from National Chung Hsing University. His career spans top-tier global roles, including Vice President of NSF-ISR Asia Pacific, Head of System Verification at TÜV Rheinland Taiwan, and Manager at DNV. He is also a registered IATF 16949 Lead Auditor and an FDA FSPCA Lead Instructor (PCQI), having trained over 500 food safety professionals.
Dr. Huang is globally recognized as the first Chinese-authorized lecturer for AA1000 and GRI ESG/SDG sustainability assurance. He has served as a professor and external expert at numerous universities across Taiwan, delivering over 100 lectures and guiding over a thousand professionals to achieve international lead verifier, auditor, and validator credentials.
